Synopsis:
In 1916, 12 yo Adama lives in a remote village in West Africa. Beyond the cliffs lie the World of Whispers, the land of the Nassaras. One night, Samba, Adama’s older brother, vanishes. Adama is determined to find him again. With determination that only boys on the verge of becoming men can show, Adama starts a journey that will lead him beyond the seas, in the North, where the First World War roars.
